Lately, I've been wearing basic outfits and adding a few fun accessories to brighten up the look. A scarf and/or sunglasses are a great way to take a "boring" outfit to instant chic. For example, I'm wearing a basic neutral palette in today's look. By adding the tartan scarf and mirror sunglasses, it gives the look a more stylish appeal. What I love most about this look is that I can wear this into the office. When I walk in the door, I take off my sunglasses and scarf and I'm now wearing a business professional outfit. It's great during the winter to have a scarf handy at your desk. We've all been in offices that are 50 degrees throughout the day. Just a little food for thought, try adding a textured scarf and mirrored sunglasses to spice up your basic workwear.
