Over the weekend I tried FlyWheel for the first time and I loved it! I use to take spin classes when I lived in California, but it's been a while. So I was a little rusty...and slow. It's been a real struggle to get back to the gym, so signing up for group classes has helped me get back on track. Ever since I started working back in an office, not to mention an office with an abundance of snacks and food, I've found myself snacking more often than usual. Tomorrow I'm reaching for the carrots, not the chips!
