{Outfit}: Classically Conditioned Spring Fashion

Hi guys! Every time I decide to wear this pretty flowy skirt, I always end up pairing it with tones of orange or beige. Today I went with this burnt orange top that used to be my sisters to create a nice multi-orange toned look. I don't know why, but I can't seem to pair this skirt with other colors that would be more unexpected like perhaps navy, or mustard, or olive green! Its funny how sometimes you get classically conditioned to see an item from your closet combined in only one way. Does this happen to you?

-- En Español -- Hola chicos! Cada vez que decido ponerme esta linda falda, siempre termino combinándolo de la misma manera; ya sea con tonos de naranja o de beige. Hoy decidí irme con un tono de naranja de otoño usando esta blusa que solía ser de mi hermana. No se por qué, pero por alguna razón no logro combinar esta falda con colores más inesperados como azul marino, mostaza, o verde oliva. Es curioso como a veces estamos condicionados a usar un artículo de una sola manera. Esto les ocurre a ustedes también?

On that note, what other colors would you recommend me pairing with this skirt next time around?!
